Savaria Corporation (“Savaria”) (TSX: SIS), one of North America’s
leader in the accessibility industry, held its Annual General and
Special Meeting of Shareholders today at the Loews Hotel Vogue in
Montréal. All the candidates proposed as directors were elected by
a majority of the votes cast by the shareholders present or
represented by proxy at the meeting:
