Jane Goodall Institute launches new sustainable coffee blend TORONTO, Sept. 13, 2012 /CNW/ - - Dr. Jane Goodall, best known for her groundbreaking research on the behavior of wild chimpanzees and her extensive work on conservation and animal welfare issues, is launching a new sustainable, certified organic coffee on Sunday September 16(th) at the Loblaws(® )store at Maple Leaf Gardens*. The Jane Goodall Institute Blend has been developed in partnership with the Fresh Coffee Network, and it is roasted locally in small batches with ethically sourced African coffee from regions including Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia and the Democratic Republic of Congo. It is packaged in 100% post-consumer recycled material (Forest Stewardship Council certified) and is entirely compostable. The Jane Goodall Institute Blend coffee will be available at the Loblaws® stores in Toronto located at Maple Leaf Gardens* and at Queen and Portland.
