Inc. ("Silver Mountain" or the "Company") is pleased
to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") has
accepted for listing 26,450,000 common share purchase warrants
of the Company (the "Warrants") for trading on the TSXV. The
Warrants were issued on February 2,
2022 pursuant to a long form prospectus dated January 26, 2022, forming part of the Company's
initial public offering (the "Offering"). For more

Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common
share in the capital of the Company (a "Common Share") at a
price of $0.70 per Common Share until
February 2, 2024. The Warrants are
governed by the terms of a warrant indenture dated February 2, 2022 between the Company and Marrelli
Trust Company Limited as warrant agent (the "Warrant

The Warrants are expected to commence trading on the TSXV at the
open of markets on March 11, 2022
under the trading symbol "AGMR.WT".
