AXP Quattro Exploration & Prod Ltd

AccelRate Power Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AXP) announced on June 17, 2011 that
its proposed Change of Business ("COB") had been conditionally accepted by the
TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") and that the COB had completed. 


The Company is now pleased to report that the TSXV has issued notice of final
acceptance of the COB and that, effective June 22, 2011, the Company will
commence to trade under its new name, "Goldstrike Resources Ltd.", as a Mineral
Exploration company on Tier 2 of the TSXV. Its new trading symbol will be
"GSR.V".
