announced that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for
approval to extend the exercise date for the 2,500,000 outstanding
warrants issued in June 2015 in
conjunction with private placements.
The 2,500,000 warrants due to expire on June 5, 2017 will be extended to June 5, 2018. There is no change to the
original exercise price of $0.30.
500,000 of these warrants are held by an individual who is
both an officer and director of the Company.
