announces the resignation of Mr. John Icke from the Company's Board of
Directors.


The board and management team thank Mr. Icke for his contributions to the
Company. Commenting on the resignation of Mr. Icke, Mr. Arni Johannson stated,

countless hours working with management. John brought his business acumen to
