CALGARY, March 4, 2014 /CNW/ - Target Capital Inc. (TSX-V: TCI) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a special dividend of $0.33 per common share. The special dividend is being paid in order to distribute the proceeds of a special dividend Target Capital received from its investment in Olympia Financial Group Inc. (TSX: OLY).

The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as at March 14, 2014. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on March 21, 2014. The entire amount of this taxable dividend will be designed an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
