September 13, 2013: Nevis Capital Corporation (OTC MARKETS:
OCEE) has announced that Macau Live Gaming, S.A., which is merging with Nevis
as previously announced, has successfully contracted for the purchase of 8
Luxury Condominiums, having an Appraised Value of well over $ 3.5 Million
USD.   The property is being purchased
for cash and shares of OCEE and will be followed by many more land-based
tourist resorts and casinos.

The project, which is comprised of the 8 Luxury Condominiums
with full amenities and an administration building is named ?The Ocean Club?, and
is located at Playa Biesasz , Manuel Antonio on the southern Pacific Coast of
Costa Rica near the world renowned National Park.  The property may be seen in photos on its

Macau Director John Lambert Uhl stated:  ?This acquisition of such a valuable property
overlooking the ocean in one of Costa Rica?s most popular international
destinations will bring great credibility to Macau Live Gaming and will serve
