Atlantis Internet Group, Corp. (PINKSHEETS: ATIG) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Tabcorp to supply Racetrax®, a simulated racing game, to Indian Casinos nationwide via ATIG's Tribal Gaming Network (TGN) -- (a private gaming network linking Indian Casinos nationwide offering Wide Area Progressive, Class III, Class II and Online Games on Indian lands). This multi-million dollar, multi-year license agreement represents the first time Racetrax® has been offered in any US State except Maryland.

The exciting animated Racetrax® game will join the other popular games featured on the TGN, like TGN Poker, Thunderball -- a Powerball-like Mega Lotto game; Quarterback Draw Football -- a legal simulated Sportsbook/Bingo game, Wide Area Progressive Slots, Live Dealer Online Games, Tournament Games and your favorite traditional casino games.

Racetrax®, developed and operated by Tabcorp, Australia's premier gambling and entertainment group, is a hugely popular animated racing game that combines the excitement of thoroughbred, harness greyhound and car racing with the simplicity and payout characteristics of number games such as Keno. With fixed returns available on Win, Place, Quinella and Trifecta bet types Racetrax® gives customers the chance to win real money on make believe races. Racetrax® will be launched on the TGN in the Fall of 2011. Racetrax® will be offered via the TGN terminals located in Indian Casinos linked nationwide based on a National Indian Gaming Council (NIGC) opinion allowing ATIG to link Tribes together offering Intertribal gaming in 28 States.

The game's animations will be distributed using the Casino's Intranet and satellite television to all eligible retail locations. It is expected that Racetrax® will be seen in Indian Casinos and Truck Stops, Smoke shops and Cyber Café's on Indian lands nationwide. The game has already been a hit in Denmark, Croatia and Sri Lanka and is available through Tabcorp wagering venues in Victoria and New South Wales, Australia.
