Management has evaluated subsequent events through the date of filing the consolidated financial statements with
OTC Markets, the date the consolidated financial statements were available to be issued. Management is not aware
of any significant events that occurred subsequent to the balance sheet date that would have a material effect on the
consolidated financial statements thereby requiring adjustment or disclosure.
The Company is currently undergoing an audit for the years ending May 31, 2022 and 2023. Management and the
auditor have discussed some adjustments, primarily with the opening equity section and the later inclusion of an
organizational expense recorded on the books. These changes have been incorporated into the statements, including
balances for May 31, 2024, and activity during the six months ended November 30, 2024..

Sept 2023 there was a tweet that they would begin to interview auditing firms.

The Q3 ER released on April 2024 began with the statement that an audit is in process for the year ending 2022 and 2023.

The name and symbol change appears to be on hold as it may be due to a change in business strategy of what to do with the AVVH shell.

How long has AVVH been promising audited financials?

The quarterly reports will not be audited. The annual statements will be the ones audited in the future. 

These clowns can't even do a balance sheet right...you're dreaming....look at assets and liabilities in 8/31 filing don't match.....auditors (if that is even real) will have a field day with this POS....shame otc did not catch

Still no revenue - so you want everyone to believe that it has 3 years and 8 months 'but now it is very close.

This last Q had $25K of expenses compared to $3K in Q1. Hopefully that is a sign of things being close. I believe it is the highest expense reported in a Q since the reverse merger.

It was never disclosed what Krisa paid for the AVVH shell from SSM - and it was never disclosed what Omnis paid Krisa (Cooley) for the AVVH shell.

No transparency and still no revenue.

But AVVH has a Form 211 filed and they aren't a Unsolicited Quotes Only stock.

If a hijacked shell doesn't have a 211 filed it is a Dead stock walking - it can't be resurrected.

Yes, the past SSM shells have been a disaster. Cooley was involved with selling those shells to other people/businesses. What those people did to those shells is not Cooley's responsibility.

Cooley is still actively involved with AVVH behind the scene. He has a vested interest in seeing this one succeed. Time will tell what ultimately happens here.

One thing is for certain....Q2 closed at the end of November. The Q2 ER is due to be released by Jan. 15. 
While the quarterly is not going to be audited, hopefully there will still be some indication of life or information about changes forthcoming.

I am fully expecting AVVH to announce a new acquisition very soon. The OTC market, and the larger markets in general, are already starting to see a rise in M & As and new financing deals due to Trump coming in. Stock market is doing well. Crypto is booming. Money is starting to flow again. With ZERO dilution taking place here, and with such a low market cap? Any deal sends this to new highs very quickly. I continue to add every week.

I'm just amazed that this board still has traffic. Hopefully everyone has made a ton of money elsewhere on the countless stocks that have made huge runs in 2024.

I would never invest in a OTC stock - the OTC is for trading not investing.

AVVH is down 98% since it was hijacked.

I did tell my friend to buy at $0.0005 and get out at $0.09 but he procrastinated and didn't get between $0.075 and $0.05. I knew that AVVH was going to be pumped because there had been 3 fake 8-Ks filed.

His initial investment was $5000 - he made about $600,000 but I had to push him to get out because he thought it might go higher.
