BDCM) announces acquisition of 500 acre land development.
CEO/President Dwight Jory has announced the acquisition GOLD
MOUNTAIN RANCH, in Mohave County, Arizona. The acquisition of the
property which has been surveyed into 13 parcels with approximately
37+/- acres each is acquired free and clear of any debt.
The property is irregular in shape, lending to uniqueness for
development opportunities. Electric power is available to the
property, but the development plan advocates solar or wind power
generation. Water is available from private or shared wells on
site.
Access to the property is from Highway 93 at the junction of
Cottonwood Road (MM45) heading west on Cottonwood Road to Amana St
and then South to the property. The virgin land has never been
developed or farmed and is free of any known contaminates. The
designed use of the property is ranch/residential property.
The most recent appraisal indicates a value of $6,800,000.00
dollars. There was a first lien on the property in the amount of
$2,300,000.00. We have exchanged the debt and purchased the equity
for treasury shares in BDCM, providing a lien free asset to our
balance sheet.
CEO/President Dwight Jory stated in a brief interview that he
was the original developer of the property, and the opportunity for
the acquisition of the property for stock in Broadcast Marketing
Group, Inc provides a secure long term asset.
Accepting the position as CEO/President of Broadcast Marketing
Group, Inc., and bringing the opportunity for additional assets
into the corporation was a logical move that was emphasized by Mr.
Jory in a recent meeting. The strategy for the development of Gold
Mountain Ranch comes from its close proximity to Las Vegas, Nevada,
and easy access by Highway 93 across the newly opened Colorado
River Bridge. Building ranch estate properties on the proposed
sites provides panoramic views of the surroundings in a safe,
secure and extremely private residential environment. There are
some elevated areas on the property that will provide spectacular
view home sites.
Mr. Jory stated briefly that land acquisition and development in
the corporation's strategic plans for long term asset security is
second only to advancements in GPS Tracking Devices for consumer
and commercial sales.
