Business Wire
Bolivar Mining (Pink Sheets:BOLV) is pursuing a joint venture with
a major Chinese partner to mine gold deposits in Southern China.
The gold deposits consist of three Cambrian Age alluvial placer
deposits, and ancient tailing piles which date to the Han Dynasty
around Jinzhuang, in Guangdong Province, China. Jinzhuang is
located 220 km NW of Guangzhou, The Capital of Guandong Province
and is easily accessible by modern highways. These deposits are
located approximately 500 KM NW of Hong Kong. Bolivars Chinese
partners provided results from 124 drillings, which were analyzed
by ASL Chemex (http://www.alsglobal.com) in Canada. Samples were
analyzed for gold using the AAS method. Chemex reports and analysis
indicated reserves of 1,438,802 cubic meters, at an average
concentration of 0.636 grams per metric ton, which translates to
1.879 metric tons of pure metallic gold. Based upon current market
prices of gold, and the low production cost in China, these
deposits could result in a multi-billion dollar joint venture
project for Bolivar Mining. A final joint venture agreement is
subject to further due diligence by Bolivars in-house and
independent technical experts. Bolivar Mining CEO and President,
Arshad Shah, visited these sites in November and concluded that the
potential gold deposits warranted further investigation by BMCs
team of engineers, geologists, and mineralogists. This
investigation will be lead by BMCs Chief Engineering, Exploration,
and Mining Officer, Michael Ellis, who has been involved in Chinese
mining ventures since 1982. This project has enormous potential
for Bolivars Asian Mineral Exploration Program, Mr. Ellis
commented. This is not a technically difficult or expensive gold
extraction. Bolivar Mining CEO and President, Mr. Arshad Shah,
stated, Based on the recommendations from our technical team I am
very confident in this joint ventures impact on Bolivar Mining,
the increase in shareholder value it will bring, and the positive
financial ramifications of our future Asian mining operations.
