Introductory Comment – Use of Terminology
Throughout this Current Report on Form 8-K,
the terms “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to First Choice Healthcare Solutions,
Inc.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 15, 2018, the Company’s CEO, Chris Romandetti,
Sr., was arrested on criminal charges of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, securities fraud
and conspiracy to commit money laundering brought in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. The
Board of Directors of the Company has been advised and is considering next steps.
