(OTC Bulletin Board: HLXW), a renewable energy company, announced
today that it was recently awarded a Notice of Allowance relating
to a United States patent
application that was filed in 2007. The application broadly
covers segmented, helical rotors used in wind-driven turbines and
will prevent competitors from making, using, or selling wind
turbines similar to the company's S322 and S594 products.
The Company also has related patent applications pending in
Europe, China, India,
Australia, as well as
in other countries, and are awaiting examination.
