Dale's Kitchen to Introduce Shelf-Stable, All-Natural Cooking Stocks with International Dispensing Corporation's Fresh Flow(TM)

International Dispensing Corporation (IDC), (IDND.PK), a packaging
solutions company, announces that Dale's Kitchen is introducing a
line of cooking stocks utilizing IDC's Fresh Flow(TM) Tap. Founded
by James Beard Award-nominated chef, Charles Dale, Dale's Kitchen
will market to chefs and restaurants an all-natural, professional
grade product, called "Stock-in-a-Box," which will eliminate many
of the costs and inefficiencies associated with commercial stock
preparation. The Fresh Flow(TM) Tap is a breakthrough in aseptic
packaging and dispensing. The world's only certified aseptic
dispensing tap, it permits end-users to dispense portions of liquid
product from a flexible package without breaking sterility or the
need for refrigeration, from the first to the last drop.
"Stock-in-a-Box," is shipped in a stackable, compact cardboard box
that is designed to fit on commercial kitchen shelves for immediate
use. The cooking stocks are aseptically prepared and shipped in
vacuum packed, high barrier polypropylene bags, which allow the
product to be shipped and inventoried without the need for
refrigeration. IDC's Fresh Flow(TM) Tap allows any amount of
cooking stock to be dispensed without exposing the remaining
contents to bacteria and oxygen. In the case of sensitive cooking
stocks, product remaining in the bag after first use maintains
sterility for months, even if not refrigerated, while the unopened
bag has a shelf life of up to one year in dry storage. The result
is an all-natural, unpreserved product, just as a five star chef
would make it, only with no contamination, no waste, and no work.
Prior to the Fresh Flow(TM) Tap, no one has been able to deliver a
similar product without refrigerating, canning, dehydrating or
concentrating. Initially, "Stock-in-a-Box" offers chicken, beef and
vegetable stocks in both 2.5 and 5-gallon packages. Target markets
include foodservice operators- restaurants, hotels, cruise lines,
caterers, convention centers - and club stores. The unveiling of
"Stock-in-a-Box" will be at the Sea Trade Cruise Convention, Miami
Beach, FL on March 14, 2006. The advantages to operators big and
small are quality, convenience, purity, stability, safety and cost
efficiency. Best known for his highly successful Aspen, CO
restaurants, Renaissance, Rustique and Range, Charles Dale said,
"Our goal is to offer a unique combination of the old and the new,
of traditionally accepted best practices in cooking paired with
IDC's cutting-edge technology. The Fresh Flow(TM) Tap enables us to
enhance the kitchen experience while still maintaining time-honored
traditions honed in the best kitchens in the world." "We are
pleased to have a chef of such stature share our vision," says IDC
chairman Greg Abbott. "Dale's Kitchen gives our technology
wonderful exposure throughout the foodservice and packaging
industries. The Fresh Flow(TM) Tap is changing rules." IDC has
completed the low acid certification tests with Silliker Labs and
the National Food Labs to validate its aseptic and sterility
claims. The Fresh Flow(TM) Tap has been in commercial use since
2001 in low acid dispensing applications (milk, cream and
coffee-based beverages). The Tap has received awards from the
Flexible Packaging Association and DuPont for technical excellence
and innovation and is patented in many countries worldwide. For
