ATLANTA, Jan. 2, 2013
/PRNewswire/ -- Labor SMART (OTCQB: LTNC) - In 2013, each day about
1500 people in America will die from cancer. A stark reminder for
many, and motivation for some.
The Kathleen F Marks Memorial Foundation, a non-profit public
charity, believes that research is the key to unlocking
breakthroughs in cancer treatment and potentially a cure. Founded
to do just that, The KFM Memorial Foundation raises funds for
cancer research as well as for patients in financial need due to
the cost of treatments. The KFM Philosophy is doing something good
should be fun, and everything we do we "have a hoot giving cancer
the boot".
For the month of January, The Kathleen F Marks Memorial
Foundation will be collecting donations for operational funds for
2013. Every dollar raised up to $2013
will be matched as a personal donation by Ryan Schadel, President and CEO of Labor SMART,
Inc. (publicly traded under ticker LTNC). This is an incredibly
generous gesture to start off 2013 on a giving note and donations
will be taken up until midnight on January
31st.
Mr. Schadel commented, "I would like to invite other executives
and leaders across the country to partake in this opportunity to
support a high integrity non-profit like KFM. Every dime donated to
this fine organization is spent in a responsible manner that puts
cancer on the defensive."
In an effort to start 2013 on a giving note, Mr. Schadel has
issued a challenge to other CEOs and executives to Personally Match
with $2013 out of your personal
accounts, or start a fundraising campaign for Kathleen F Marks
Memorial Foundation on FirstGiving.Com if you feel you can raise
even more!
