stranger things have been known to happen. at this stage of the game i dont blame anyone for any decision they make regarding this position. enoughs enough and any warren buffets out there can believe whatever the hell they want. time waits for no man. i do sincerely hope that it works out for you in the way you'd like..

I don't think I could make it to $10.
4 years has been a long wait and at 75 y/o, 2 more years is too long.
I would start going into the green (account wise) after hitting after hitting $2.70 and totally green at $3.40.
Once NLST got to $5.40 (double $2.70) I would start selling half my shares all the way up to $6.80 (double 3.40.)
Then I would have gotten all my investment money back and all remaining NLST shares would be FREE shares which my wife could maybe enjoy one day!!
If only it could work out this way!

that is true 100%. but we have seen through the years that everything is delayed. seeing we have the 463 case for 300million in front of cafc now. i have come up with 3q 2026 as a maximum time frame till we collect. unless of course it some how gets to go to the supreme court.

in my time spent holding this pos i have relearned one thing. if you can get screwed you will.

In private practice, Ms. Stewart represented both patent holders and accused infringers in patent infringement cases throughout the United States, including in the Eastern District of Texas. In one of her first patent cases, she successfully represented a small technology company in a patent litigation that resulted in the eighth-largest jury verdict in federal court that year and the then-largest patent infringement jury award in Eastern District of Virginia.

Ms. Stewart most recently practiced law at O’Melveny & Myers LLP in the Intellectual Property and Technology group. Prior to that, she served as Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia, supervising 150 attorneys and professionals in the areas of healthcare, education, and social services, and overseeing hundreds of active federal and state court cases and internal investigations. Prior to her Deputy Attorney General role, she taught Appellate Advocacy at the Regent University School of Law.

Ms. Stewart has given her time to many non-profit organizations, serving as a member of the Virginia State Board of Social Services, a director and general counsel of Women Under Forty Political Action Committee, a founding member of Running Start (providing leadership training to young women), an advisory board member of STEM for Her, a member of the Board of Governors of the Virginia State Bar’s Section of Intellectual Property, co-chair of the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Litigation Committee, and an elected member of the District of Columbia Bar’s Law Practice Management Steering Committee. That is what I tell myself to do.
But I had a $120 sitting around in one of my accounts and had a choice to buy some calls on another stock that is going up since Trump took charge
OR buy a few more shares of NLST.
So, I caved in and bought 150 more NLST at .74.
I can, as of now, say that I have 150 shares in the green!!!! 🤑
BUT that is it...no more!!!!

Been accumulating for some time. I'm patient. 
Fortune to turn positive here soon imho.

I'm not buying another share while theres a chance Hong will keep diluting. Maybe someday i will regret not buying more down here at
this price but right now I regret buying over $1.00, I don't believe Hong cares about the share holder at the moment.

Another thing, we got people on here, one in particular, that doesn't care if NLST goes down to a dime due mainly to bad decisions by Chuck, but still thinks he's doing a great job. But, elsewhere complains about the CEO who tanked the PPS causing investors to lose a bunch of cash, just like here.
Seeing the great products, who most everyone uses, it's not that part of the company. So, who's left, is the person running the company. And that is Chuck.
Time for a different direction.

I can't say I disagree with you. But I can't see this happening.

Hong has dug his heels in. He's gone this far, and I believe he's sticking to his guns, and wants to win on his terms. He believes he is right and won't compromise. Plus I don't think he feels the same pain we do. He'll just issue himself more shares and knows eventually once the real wins begin, he'll be a huge winner. As far as making a deal, I think he feels he's done that already with SK, and probably wonders if he got a decent deal out of it. I totally wish he'd deal with someone. I'd love for a merger with SK. But I think he's stubborn and hard headed (which in some ways are good traits), but I think there's no way he puts a BOD together till they get some wins (aka... receiving money wins).
These are my assumptions, but are based on a few years of observations here. And unfortunately I'm quite sure Hong isn't taking advice off a message board, no matter how valuable or correct it is.

Since I'm here and the picture got me thinking of a scary creature in my life I will give my thoughts about what's going on.
I still think it's all on chuck. His fault entirely on why we are at a rousing 79 cents. Trusting the corrupt courts against mega billion dollar companies isn't a good strategy. Especially since they have the time and money to appeal the hell out of every unfavorable ruling.
Chucky needs a different approach at this.
Time for a BOD and to suck it up, take a little less and finally make a deal with someone, anyone. There is nothing wrong with partnering with someone.
Time to rectify past missteps like not upgrading when he has the chance, let the court cases continue, while trying hard to partner up with someone.
But, bottom line is, the .79 pps all falls on Chuck and his greedy mismanagement.

i believe its nlst product as well. i remember commenting somewhere way back on the board when nvda was first complaining about scamsongs product not being user friendly or compatible with their existing tech. so it is possible they were informed of sk manufacturing a working solution for them and in the quantity they would need. time will tell as it always does...........and hope the rest of the industry recognizes this fact and comes our way would be huge!!!

If it is Netlist HBM units that they are selling (and I would certainly expect it is), then it will bode well for SK’s renewing their partnership with NLST.

Or maybe offering them a buyout proposal even?

My aged uncle that lived with us in the 50s taught me to read as a pre-schooler, often using his favorite comic strip, 'Grin and Bear It', often describing how that philosophy was the reason he lived so long. I took it to heart I suppose, because I'd like to think that even if I didn't have a daughter that'll inherit this sketchy investment, I don't really see myself ranting and raving like that upset gentleman [smile]. Altho' I do indeed know where he's coming from and feel for him. Just sayin'....

Stokd Having considered the totality of the circumstances--including in particular (i) the history and current procedural posture of this case and the related cases in other districts, (ii) that the ongoing proceedings in the Central District of California pertaining to the Netlist/Samsung JDLA have the potential to simplify all or some of the issues in this case, (iii) that a stay would not unduly prejudice Netlist under the particular circumstances here (where Netlist and Samsung at least at one point had a cross-licensing agreement that appears to have covered the patent-in-suit), and (iv) that the Court is unpersuaded that Samsung advanced an inconsistent position before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals--the Court concludes that the most appropriate course of action is to stay this case. The case is STAYED. The parties shall notify the Court within 7 days of any action by the Central District of California pertaining to the parties rights under the JDLA that may merit lifting the stay.

Stokd NLST Regarding the scheduling of 523 CAFC oral argument, BOC case, and Samsung/Google DE case…which are all connected in some way.

The repost I made affirming someone's understanding of these connections and when DE case stay would be lifted — win BOC trial w/final judgment and CAFC affirms PTAB validity on 523 — is actually in the worst case timing scenario.

[Wild cards are CAFC can take up to 6 months+ after orals—though wouldn't be presidential decision thus can take less—and BOC trial also in March but unknown if 1-2+ months for final judgment.]

But aside the time either can take, it doesn’t have to be both and can unfold in a far simpler/quicker way. Reason is, per judge’s order pictured below, the actual DE stay is pending BOC (JDLA) resolution/final judgment, not 523 CAFC appeal.

So regardless 523 CAFC status, judge should lift DE stay once Scarsi issues final judgment after 3rd BOC trial. UNLESS judge moves the goal post deciding to continue the stay pending 523 CAFC appeal.

over on twits, dont know if its true, but i do know hong said in one of the prior cc's he was suppose to roll out new product this year. i thought it might be of relevance only because sk is our current manufacture and distributor to an extant. the only thing i can think of is to dd sk's announcements and see if it corresponds........... could be something, maybe not, to tired to research it..... just throwing a scenario out there if anyone feels like looking.

@Stokd thanks for the notification. So is this Samsungs appeal of the IPR decision from the PTAB? Where the PTAB determined that the patent is valid/patentable and then Samsung is appealing? Is that correct?

If so… then assuming the CAFC agrees with the PTAB, and the BOC case also has a successful final judgement entered end of march/april…. Then can the 453 stay be lifted? TIA
