The Registrant anticipates that it will be able to file its annual report on Form 10-KSB for the year ended June 30, 2007 on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date. The reason for the delay is that, as previously reported, the Registrant's auditor has resigned and the Registrant is working to engage its new auditor and then to work with that party, once engaged, to provide all necessary information to complete the audit.
