United Resource Holdings Group, Inc. ("URHG" or the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: URHG) announced today that URHG's Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be on July 6, 2012 in Reno, NV, URHG's website has been updated, URHG's Senior Vice President and Secretary, Robert Kilroy, has resigned, and URHG's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Charles Mahoney, will assume Mr. Kilroy's former duties as Secretary. Mr. Kilroy will remain with URGH as a Director.

URHG's Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Friday, July 6, 2012. It will take place in Suite E of the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time, and the doors will open approximately one hour before the meeting. A letter will be mailed to shareholders of record as of June 6, 2012 by Columbia Stock Transfer Agent referencing the meeting information.

The website will contain updates, investor relations information, auxiliary news, analyst reports, geological reports, photographs, and other information about URHG. Mark Kersey, URHG's President, said, "The new site will allow easier communication and provides updated information for the shareholders of URHG."

URHG's President, Mark Kersey, has accepted the resignation of Robert Kilroy as Senior Vice President and Secretary of URHG. Mr. Kersey stated, "Mr. Kilroy will remain with URHG as a Director. His legal experience in Nevada and his knowledge of Nevada's Department of Environmental Protection laws and regulations will be invaluable for the Company moving forward."
