2025 relating to the Programme for the CAD100,000,000,000 Global
Registered Covered Bond Program of The Bank of Nova Scotia,
unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of
interest and principal by Scotiabank Covered Bond Guarantor Limited
Partnership.
The First Supplement, together with
the document incorporated by reference therein, have been submitted
to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
