The Issuer gives notice that pursuant to the terms of a supplemental agreement
dated 26 July 2006, all of the Notes of the above Series, which were listed on 1
July 2002, 16 September 2002, 15 May 2003, 15 October 2003 and 10 December 2003
were redeemed in full on 26 July 2006.
