TIDEWAY ANNOUNCES BOARD MEMBER'S RESIGNATION

Anne Baldock is standing down as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Bazalgette Tunnel Limited, effective 31 July 2019. Tideway's Chairman, Sir Neville Simms, said:

"Anne has been with Tideway since before licence award in 2015 and has made a significant contribution to the project. On behalf of the BTL board and personally, I would like to thank her for all she has done and wish her well for the future."

1. Tideway is the company delivering the Thames Tideway Tunnel, London's new "super sewer", which will prevent millions of tonnes of sewage entering the River Thames. Tideway is regulated by Ofwat.
