   Sub:    Intimation under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

In accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information in terms of Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we would like to intimate the following:

1. During the quarter ended June 30, 2019, the profit on sale of investments was ` 1,895 crore (Previous Year: nil). This was on account of a part stake sale of equity shares in GRUH Finance Limited (GRUH). As at June 30, 2019, HDFC's equity shareholding in GRUH stood at 47.4%.

2. Income from dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 was ` 1 crore compared to ` 586 crore in the previous year (which included dividend from HDFC Bank and GRUH). In the current financial year, dividend from HDFC Bank and GRUH will be received in the second quarter, subject to shareholder approval.

   3.   Loans assigned:

o During the quarter ended June 30, 2019, the Corporation assigned loans amounting to ` 7,230 crore compared to ` 9,714 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. All the loans assigned during the quarter ended June 30, 2019 were to HDFC Bank pursuant to the buyback option embedded in the home loan arrangement between the Corporation and HDFC Bank.

o Loans sold in the preceding 12 months amounted to ` 22,666 crore (Previous Year - ` 13,245 crore).

Kindly note that all the figures are subject to limited review by the statutory auditors of the Corporation.
