The following final terms (the "Final Terms") are available for
viewing:
Final Terms dated 25 August 2015 relating to the issue by Her
Majesty in Right of Canada of US$250,000,000 Floating Rate Notes
due 27 August 2018 under the US$10,000,000,000 Programme for the
Issuance of Notes.
