Presentation of 31 December 2016 results - Wednesday 17(th) May 2017

A bondholders' presentation has been arranged to discuss the results of Eversholt Rail for the year ended 31 December 2016. The presentation will be hosted by Mary Kenny, Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Course, Chief Operating Officer and Andrea Wesson, Chief Financial Officer.

The presentation will commence at 16:00 hours, registration 15:30 hours (UK time) on Wednesday 17(th) May 2017 and will be held at the offices of Eversholt Rail at 1(st) floor, 210 Pentonville Road, London, N1 9JY. The session will include a presentation of the results of Eversholt Rail for the year ended 31 December 2016. After the presentation, there will be a question and answer session followed by an opportunity to mingle with the Management on a more informal basis.

Interested parties are asked to confirm whether they wish to attend the presentation by sending an email to investors@eversholtrail.co.uk in order for the event to be managed effectively. Responses will be treated on a first come first served basis and attendees will be limited to two per institution.
