Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited (the "Company")

Funds Update

The Company wishes to confirm that it expects to receive clearance from the
Irish Stock Exchange today to circulate to  investors in the Absolute Return
Europe Fund Limited, Absolute European Catalyst Fund Limited, Absolute Octane
Fund  Limited and Absolute East West Fund Limited circulars setting out the
Company's proposals to restructure these funds to  create "side pocket" share
classes. The circulars were submitted to the Irish Stock Exchange on 25
September 2007. Upon  such approval, the circulars will be disseminated to fund
investors by the funds' administrator, Fortis Prime Fund  Solutions (IOM)
Limited, and will be posted to the Company's website at
www.abcapman.com/restructuring. The return date  for completed circulars is 19
October 2007. As previously announced, consent of investors holding not less
than two  thirds of each fund's shares is needed to implement the proposals.
