In reference to Section 9, the shares detailed are managed by
the named discretionary investment management entity within
multiple portfolios on behalf of underlying clients, based on
investment management agreements whereby the client has delegated
the exercise of the voting power to the referenced investment
manager.
The reason for the delay in submitting this disclosure is due to
the change in the total number of voting rights of the issuer not
being reflected accurately by external data sources.
Please note that the above calculations are based on the
denominator of 120,509,736 announced on 3 April 2023 which led to
the 10% threshold crossing and not the most recent figure of
122,009,736 announced on 17 August 2023.
