On  2  February  2011,  employees of the Company exercised options over 54,500 ordinary  shares  at  prices 
ranging from 30 pence to 87.5 pence per ordinary share. 
 
As  a  result  of  these transactions, the total  issued  share  capital of the Company is  now  12,529,415 
ordinary   shares   of   1p  each  and  the Directors' shareholdings remain at 6,515,720  ordinary  shares, 
representing 52.00% of the total issued share capital.
