RUA Life Sciences PLC said Wednesday that the RUA Vascular business has submitted its premarket notification for a range of polymerically sealed vascular grafts to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

The developer of polymer materials for medical devices said the submission follows an introduction of the RUA graft at the recent annual meeting of the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, held in Barcelona, Spain.

Shares at 0912 GMT were up 10.00 pence, or 6.6%, at 161.50 pence.
