                    Notification of Major Interest in Shares 
 
The Company has been informed that on 14 October 2010 Aqua Sol Capital Holdings 
Limited has a beneficial interest in 2,870,766 common shares with no par value 
("Shares") representing 44.3% of the Company's issued share capital following 
the sale by MYP Partners Limited of 185,671 Shares at a price of EUR1.48 per Share 
to Aqua Sol Capital Holdings.  The purchases were affected by way of an 
instrument of transfer entered into between Aqua Sol Capital Holdings Limited 
and MYP Partners Limited on 14 October 2010.
