At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, the
Chairman announced that, at the late request of a significant minority
shareholder, the meeting was adjourned until 3.00 pm on 24 April 2006 at the
offices of Edwin Coe at 2 Stone Buildings, Lincoln's Inn, London WC2A 3TH in
order to enable such shareholder to be provided with further information
regarding the Podmaniczsky hotel project.  Other shareholders will also be
provided with such information as soon as practicable.
