The trading on AIM of the ordinary shares in the capital of the Company was
temporarily suspended as the Company had not issued its annual report and
accounts for the year ended 31 December 2003.  The aforementioned annual report
and accounts has now been published and accordingly, the suspension has been
lifted in respect of such shares.



The annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2003 can be
obtained upon request from the Company's nominated adviser, Insinger de Beaufort
of 44 Worship Street, London EC2A 2JT.
