Managing Director of the Company purchased 237,452 Ordinary Shares on 23 December 2008 at and average price of A$0.069 per share and 47,548
Ordinary Shares on 24 December 2008 at $0.07.

    Following the above transactions, Mr Lowe has a direct interest in 285,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.27% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
