The Company was informed on 18 August 2017 by James Hamway that on 18 August 2017 he had a beneficial holding of 16,253,664 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). He also notified the Company that on 18 August 2017 he had indirect control over the voting rights and investment decisions pertaining to a further 5,552,393 Ordinary Shares that he does not beneficially own. James Hamway has therefore notified the Company that he controls in aggregate 21,806,057 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.00 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital and voting rights.
