The Company has applied to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for 80,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, which were issued pursuant to
the exercise of share options, to be admitted to the Official List, and to
trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will rank pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on
3 November 2003.
