Posting of Annual Report and
Notice of Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General
Meeting
Circle Oil Plc (AIM: COP), the international oil and gas
exploration, development and production company, announces that the
Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31
December 2015, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and a Notice of
an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened under Section 1111
of the Irish Companies Act 2014 will be posted to shareholders
shortly.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at
10.00am on Wednesday 27 July 2016 at the Clarion Hotel, Lapps Quay,
Cork and will be immediately followed by the Section 1111
Extraordinary General Meeting.
Electronic copies of the Annual Report and Financial Statements,
Notice of Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting
will shortly be available for download from the Company's website
at www.circleoil.net.
