At its AGM this morning, the Chairman made the following statement:



The steady progress in trading at the existing Avonmouth plant reported in my
statement for the year ended 31 March 2005 has been sustained into the current
financial year.  Revenues for the six months to 30 September 2005 will be
significantly ahead of those reported for the same period last year.  Revenues
and operating losses are expected to be broadly in line with those reported for
the second half of 2005.  The results for the six months ended 30 September 2005
will be announced on 21 December 2005.



Negotiations, reported in my last statement, to arrange appropriate funding at
the proposed new Avonmouth plant are continuing.  Negotiations to raise
additional funding through a cash placing are also continuing and are now
expected to be concluded in the next couple of weeks.
