result of the sale of 448,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p ("Ordinary Shares") on 3
May 2005 and the sale of 553,000 Ordinary Shares on 4 May 2005, it now holds
1,499,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.63% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
