As at 30 September 2016, the Company's capital consists of 67,226,062 ordinary 
shares with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in treasury; therefore 
the total voting rights in the Company are 67,226,062.

calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
