The Company wishes to announce that it has appointed BNP Paribas Securities Services S.C.A. to act as the Company's secretary and administrator in place of Maitland Administration Services (Scotland) Limited; and to act as the Company's custodian, bankers and depositary in place of HSBC Bank plc.

This appointment is made with effect from 15 September 2020.
