DP Poland, the operator of Domino's pizza stores and restaurants across Poland, is pleased to announce that, further to the proposed Board Changes announced on 10 October 2023 , regulatory due diligence has been carried out by the Company's Nomad and the appointment of Stoffel Thijs as Non-Executive Director, will be effective from 1 January 2024.

The following disclosures are required regarding Stoffel's appointment pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules").
