("GVC" or "Company")
Directors' Dealings
Kenneth Alexander and Lee Feldman (the "Directors") have
exercised their options granted under the GVC 2015 Long Term
Incentive Plan ("2015 LTIP"), which vested on 2 February 2017. As a
result, the Directors acquired the following number of GVC ordinary
shares of EUR0.01 each ("Shares"):

The Shares acquired by the Directors as a result of exercising

Lee Feldman has also acquired in the market 7,343 Shares at
GBP7.29 per Share, in accordance with his obligations associated
with his 2015 LTIP award (as disclosed in the Company's
announcement of 3 February 2016).
