Confirmation of Voting Rights

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Directors of the Company wish to announce that the Company has 4,088,366 Participating Shares in issue. The Company holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights of the Company is 4,088,366 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
