Essentially Group Limited ("Essentially" or the "Company") is pleased 
to announce that following the announcement on 30 October 2009 that 
the Offer for the Company made by Chime Communications plc has now 
been declared unconditional in all respects, the dividend of 0.36 
pence per Essentially Share, as announced on 22 September 2009, will 
be paid to Essentially shareholders on the register on 2 October 2009
