                          NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST

Feedback PLC ("the Company") has today been notified that Mr Thomas Charlton has
purchased 50,000 ordianry shares of 10p each in the Company.  Following this
purchase,  Mr Charlton's beneficial interest in the ordinary share capital of
the Company has increased to 285,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.35 per cent
of the issued share capital of the Company.  The registered holder of the shares
is Nutraco Nominees Limited.
