    Posting of Circular and Annual Report


    Further to the announcement of the Company on 6 May 2008 ("Announcement") relating, inter alia, to the proposed cancellation of
admission to trading on AIM of the Company's common stock and warrants and the convening of the Company's 2008 annual shareholder meeting,
the Company announces that it has today mailed the proxy statement ("Circular") to shareholders in connection with the Cancellation which
includes notice of the 2008 Annual Shareholder Meeting together with the Company's annual report for the year ended 31 December 2007
("Annual Report"). The meeting is to be held at 8235 Forsyth, 4th Floor, Clayton, Missouri 63105 at 10:00 am local time on Tuesday 24 June,
2008.

    The Circular and Annual Report are also available on the Company's website at http://ir.futurefuelcorporation.com/annuals.cfm.

    It is noted that the anticipated date of Cancellation will be the 14 July 2008 and not the 13 July 2008 referred to in the Announcement.
This amendment has been reflected in the Circular.
