Results of AGM and Adjournment of Meeting

Suspension of Shares

Goldplat (AIM: GDP), the AIM quoted gold producer with international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Friday 30 December 2022, all the resolutions were duly passed with the exception of the first resolution, "To receive the report of the Directors of the Company and the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2022". The AGM was adjourned pending the completion of the audit of the annual report and accounts which the Company expects to publish on or around 20 January 2023. The date of the adjourned meeting, which will consider the first resolution, will be confirmed in due course.

As previously announced, the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM, pending publication of the annual audited accounts, with the suspension taking effect from 07.30 today.
