                             Director's holding

As previously announced on 31 December 2007, Gippsland Executive Chairman Mr
Robert John Telford informed Gippsland  that Eco International Pty Ltd (of which
Mr Telford is a director) and RJ & RK Telford Superannuation Fund (of which Mr 
Telford is a beneficiary), acquired 6,558,322 Ordinary Shares via the exercise
of 6,558,322 A$0.09 options.

Following the exercise of options by other parties, Mr Telford's holding in the
Company of 20,126,446 Ordinary Shares  now represents 6.86% of the issued and
voting share capital of the Company.
