                              Dealing Announcement

The Company was informed on 30 January 2006 that A Stanford and Co. Ltd, a
substantial shareholder in the Company, in which A.D Stalbow, Chairman and Chief
Executive and N Stalbow, his alternate director, are interested, had increased
its stake by 2,115,500 ordinary shares to 11,998,369 ordinary shares,
representing 91.12% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, following
the purchases on 30 January 2006 at 80p per share.

The Company was also informed on 30 January 2006 that The SNH Gabe Trust and Mrs
ZB Pomson, substantial shareholders in the Company, no longer had any notifiable
interests.
