The Company received notification from Schroder Investment Management Limited
and its wholly owned subsidiary companies, Schroder Nominees Limited and
Schroder Unit Trusts Limited, informing them that they have a discretionary
interest in 4,647,948 ordinary shares, representing 12.65% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
